Terms of service

You accept these terms when you install Sheets by Nirn ("Sheets"), a YouCan app made by Nirn.

Plans and billing

• YouCan bills paid plans every 30 days, in US dollars.
• You get a 7-day trial the first time you choose a paid plan.
• When you go back to the free plan, you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• When you reach the monthly order limit of your plan, new orders are not added until the next month.
• We can change prices and limits. We announce changes in the app at least 30 days before.

Your data

• You own the spreadsheets in your Google Drive.
• You are responsible for the customer data in your spreadsheets, and for who you share them with.
• Our use of your data is described in the privacy policy.

Service

• Sheets is provided as is. We try to add every order. Rows can be added late, or not at all, when YouCan or Google is down. Check important orders in YouCan.
• We are not liable for lost sales or data. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Sheets in the last 3 months.
• We can stop Sheets. If we do, we tell you at least 30 days before.
