A spreadsheet per country
Orders can go to different spreadsheets by country, currency, product or checkout field. Each team gets only its own orders.
Past orders too
Every past order, or a date range, can be exported into any spreadsheet. Orders are added oldest first, with the same columns and filters.

Your Google account
You connect a Google account from the app in your YouCan admin. A spreadsheet is created in the Drive of that account. A row is added to it for each new order. You pick the columns. On Pro, you also pick which orders are sent to each spreadsheet.
Access is asked only for the email address of the account and for the files created by Sheets. No other file in your Drive can be opened. The content of your spreadsheets is not read. Read the privacy policy.
